The Gas Safety Certificate covers the main gas appliance (boiler), any additional gas appliances such as a fire, hob, cooker etc. carry an additional charge. The work will be completed within 21 days subject to access to the property.

My prices are only available for boilers that are mounted on an EXTERNAL wall, or where the boiler flue is FULLY VISIBLE for its entire length. I reserve the right to negotiate a different price should the boiler not be easily accessible, or for any other reason that may affect the price. Under these rare circumstances I will discuss the situation with you and arrange to reappoint the work BEFORE incurring any cost to you.

There is a nominal charge of £20 in the event that I am not able to issue a Gas Safety Certificate due to non compliance with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations, or if I turn up and am unable to gain accesses to do the work.
